Our Training Methods
Shaping your pets behaviors:
With our training programs we strive to connect the human- animal bond. Having a pet is one thing, but having that bond and relationship with your pet is one of the greatest rewards. Our balanced positive reinforcement methods consist of positively rewarding the good behaviors while shaping them into the corrected behavior you are looking for. We will teach your pet how they will receive a proper reward through their own behaviors.
TRAINING PROGRAMS

Entry Level: Crash Course
$225
This 2 week in -home training program consists of one 90 minute session and one 60 minute session. This program is designed for one- two minor behavioral issues you are looking to correct and is also intended as a great refresher course for a new pet that recently joined the family. Looking to start a positive relationship with your dog? This crash course will help get you started!
Level I: Manners/ Puppy Basics
$450
This 3 week in -home training program consists of 3 one hour training sessions. This program helps with puppy basics, potty training, verbal commands, leash work, jumping, barking and getting to know your pet and his/her unwanted behaviors through their adolescent age. ($650 two dogs.)
Level II: Behavioral Modification
$650
This 5 week in -home training program consists of 5-1 hour training sessions. This program is more in depth and focuses on the behaviors that your pet is displaying, why they are displaying these behaviors and how to correct these unwanted behaviors while strengthening your bond. Here we focus on; basic commands, unruly behaviors, leash work, recall, jumping, personal space & boundaries, environmental issues, self confidence, independence, social skills and reactivity. ($850 2 dogs)
Level III: Aggressive & Fearful
$750
This in -home training program consists of 5 one hour training sessions. This program is specially designed for dogs with aggression, fearful aggression towards people, pets, resource guarding, possession, dominance, restraint, barriers, leash reactivity and more! *Add on trainings for this program may be necessary depending on the severity of said behaviors.* (PDD Established is accepted for this program.)
Board & Train
1-2 week +2 in- home sessions (7mo.+)
This extensive away from home program is geared towards fear based behavior: fear based aggression, reactivity, confidence and social skills. Unruly behaviors are not accepted for this program (See in-home levels) This programs allows us to pinpoint what is needed to correct your pets unwanted behaviors through their own natural instincts on a more personal level without territorial issues.
Board & Train Cont.
1-2 week +2 in home sessions (7mo.+)
A board & train allows us as trainers to rule out any territorial possessions and dominance that may occur in your household. With this program we focus on the neurological aspect of your pet and the unwanted behaviors you are looking to correct through; social skills, self control, dog reactivity, aggression and resources. Minimum of 1 week (7 days), up to 14 nights. *PETS MUST BE CURRENT ON ALL VACCINATIONS FOR THIS PROGRAM*
Service Dog Training & Therapy Dog Training
We with United Paws Dog Training Co. are committed and dedicated to you and you’re pets! Our Service Dog training program is one of the most personable and dedicated programs in the Omaha Metro that caters to future service dog handlers. We know, a professionally trained service dog is not cheap. We are the only company in the Omaha metro that provides a feasible price for your future service dog. Each service dog and handler price is determined case by case.
Service Dog Training

We are accredited Certified Service & Therapy Dog Professionals (CSTDTP) Our Service Dog training program is a rigorous and committed program through United Paws Dog Training Co. We are 100% committed to you and your pet when participating in this program. We will focus on your exact needs and accommodations when shaping your future Service Dog. A behavioral assessment and health screening must be completed during this program. Pricing is based off of tasks and behavioral assessment.

With our Service Dog program we take your needs and our training expertise very seriously. We do not judge nor discriminate against the potential need and assistance of a service dog. We want you to be comfortable and confident through your potential service dog and set you up for success. We understand that not all disabilities are visible and can come at any time and age. A service dog is task trained for a disability and we’re here to help!
Animal Assisted Therapy

Animal Assisted Therapy and Animal Assisted Activities is a volunteer program for those looking to give back to their community! It has been proven in medical studies that the comforts of an animal can help the human spirt, mood, mind and body! A Therapy Dog is most commonly seen in schools and nursing homes. A Therapy Dog is a dog that provides emotional comfort to others in need, not their owner or household. A Therapy Dog does not have public rights access and is not covered by the ADA.
Canine Good Citizen
(CGC-UGC)
We with United Paws Dog Training Co. are pleased to be part of the AKC as registered Canine Good Citizen Evaluators! You can access the CGC testing requirements at www.akc.org
